Shipping and Returns
Processing times are usually 1-3 weeks (but please check individual products for more information).
Please note that working days/business days are Monday to Friday and DO NOT include weekends.
All shipping times and rates will be calculated at checkout. If for whatever reason your country isn't listed, please contact us and we will amend this for you.
We are not liable for lost items in the mail, however if you still have not received your item within the times listed below, please contact us:
UK - 10 working days.

EU - 20 working days (shipping currently unavailable - please see further information below).

UK Shipping:
Royal Mail
- 1st (1-2 business days) -£1.99.
- Signed for 2nd (2-3 business days) - £2.99.
- Tracked (2-3 business days) - £3.99 (reccommended for most orders).
- Special Delivery (1-2 business days) - £6.99 (recommended for large orders).
International Shipping
US - Tracked and Signed (7-20 business days) - £8.99
Rest of the world (5-7 business days) - £8.99
Shipping for all international orders is tracked and signed (where possible) and is £8.99 for all items.
Due to delays with USPS, shipping to the US could take up to 25 days to arrive.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We not responsible for delays due to customs.
EU Shipping - Due to the (VAT) regulations enforced, we are no longer shipping to the EU until we have set up an IOSS account meaning that VAT will be calculated at the checkout.
Returns and Refunds
As my jewellery is hand made and made to order, I do not accept returns or refunds, so please select with care. If there is an issue with your jewellery, please contact me within: 14 days of receiving the item and the item can be reppaired at no extra cost. If you contact us after 14 days of receiving the item, we will not be responsible for repairing the item or issuing a refund.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the fault is with us.
Returning an item
Please contact us using the form below, before returning any items and ensure that the items are returned in their original package unworn and in the condition, you received it. Please note that when sending a return, the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Return costs and a refund for any items purchsed will be refunded after the item(s) have been received by us. We recommend that you send it insured and always retain proof of postage.
Please allow 5-7 working days for a refund to be processed.
