Shipping times and prices
Processing times are usual1y 1-3 business days
DUE TO COVID-19 PLEASE ALLOW 4 EXTRA WORKING DAYS FOR SHIPPING ON TOP OF NORMAL SHIPPING TIMES.
Please note that working days/business days are Monday to Friday and DO NOT include weekends.
All shipping times and rates will be calculated at checkout. If for whatever reason your country isn't listed, please contact us and we will amend this for you.
We are not liable for lost items in the mail, however if you still have not received your item within the times listed below, please contact us:
UK - 10 working days.
EU - 20 working days (shipping currently unavailable - please see further information below).
Rest of the world - 25 working days.
Standard 2nd class (3-5 business days) - FREE SHIPPING
1st Class Shipping (1-2 business days) - £1.99
Tracked and Signed (Shipping 3-5 business days) - £2.99
US - Tracked and Signed (7-20 business days) - £7.99
Rest of the world (5-7 business days) - £7.99
Shipping for all international orders is tracked and signed (where possible) and is £7.99 for all items.
Due to delays with USPS, shipping to the US could take up to 25 days to arrive.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We not responsible
for delays due to customs.
EU Shipping - Due to the new (VAT) regulations enforced on 1st July, we are no longer shipping to the EU until we have set up an IOSS account meaning that VAT will be calculated at the checkout. If you are from the EU and would like to buy my products please visit my Etsy site where VAT is automatically calculated at the checkout.
Returns and Refunds
If you change you do not like the item you receive, or the item you receive is damaged, we will gladly replace the item for you or offer you a refund. Please contact me within: 14 days of receiving the item.
These items cannot be returned, unless they were damaged; earrings and all customised jewellery such as anklets and waist beads.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the fault is with us.
Returning an item
Please contact the team using the form below, before returning any items and ensure that the items are returned in their original package unworn and in the condition, you received it. Please note that when sending a return, the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Returns are NOT free, and you will be responsible for covering the return costs. If you paid for shipping, we will not refund the shipping costs to you. We recommend that you send it insured and always retain proof of postage.
